For criminal cases, the lawsuits can be filed to the district court or the branch of the prosecutor's office at the jurisdiction. For pressing of buzzer to file lawsuits, written application can be omitted but the complainant must proceed to the prosecutor's office to verbally propose the case to the prosecutor in office duty. For civil cases, the lawsuits shall be filed to the district court at jurisdiction.
