This office is under the supervision of the Taiwan High Prosecutors Office. A Chief Prosecutor is appointed to manage the administrative affairs of the entire office, direct and supervise all prosecutors in this office. All the prosecutors in this office are divided into five divisions. Each of these divisions has a Head Prosecutor who supervises the business of his/her division.

   There are several class one units in this office, including Clerk Division,  personnel office, accounting office, statistics office, civil service ethics office, information management office, prosecutor investigator office, probation  office ,etc. Under the Clerk division, there is a records section, enforcement section, documentation section, research and evaluation section, general affairs section, , bailiff office, etc. In addition, the Chief Prosecutor of this office is authorized by law to supervise Kaohsiung Detention Center and Kaohsiung Juvenile Detention House.
