When a case is subject to summary judgment upon the prosecutor’s request, the case will be forwarded to the summary court, which may hold hearings without summons. The case is to be heard and ruled by the judge of summary court. A defendant who disagrees with the ruling of the summary court may make an appeal within 10 days from the receipt of the written ruling of summary court.
