Ciaotou District Prosecutors Office has been investigating the Class 3 drug case of four people suspected of being   involving in the nightclub

April 9, 2023, at 1 a.m, prosecutor Yang Yi-Yun of this office command and dispatch related units executed a search warrant at the nightclub in Lingya District, Kaohsiung City, to crack down on drug trafficking.

At the scene, four defendants, including Wang OO, Zhu OO, Chen OO, and Huang OO, were caught selling Ketamine, a Class 3 drug, inside the nightclub . After questioning by the prosecutor, it was found that the four suspects were highly likely to be involved in the crime, the evidence pointed to a serious offense and the suspects were possibility of collusion. Therefore, the prosecution applied to the court for detained and held incommunicado to the suspects.
