Jointly investigating the case of "Song Tea Company" smuggling Mainland China tea into Taiwan, Prosecutors Liang Yung-Chun and Li Kan-Ying found that "Song Tea Company" is a family business that has been passed down to the fourth generation and has a significant influence in the southern Taiwan tea market. After reporting to the Chief Prosecutor of this Office, we listed it as a key case, and a task force was formed through the contact mechanism. Through evidence analysis and agency cooperation, Hsieh was successfully seized and suspected of violating the Smuggling Penalty Act, falsely marking the place of origin, fraud, and forgery of documents. We seized about 107 tons of smuggled tea, successfully prevented this batch of tea from entering the Taiwan tea market, avoided the economic achievements of Taiwan tea growers from being faked by overseas tea and damaging the quality and goodwill of Taiwan tea, and protected the rights and interests of general consumers who love Taiwan's local tea.
Advocating gender equality and prevention of gender violence, Prosecutor Cheng Tzu-Wei served as a lecturer for "Preventing Violence Together: Gender Violence Prevention and Friendly Multi-Gender Community Empowerment Project" handled by Kaohsiung Association for the Promotion of Women's Rights and subsidized by Department of Protective Services of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Being also committed to promoting gender mainstreaming, diversity family education and multi-cultural connotation, Prosecutor Cheng Tzu-Wei served as an itinerant lecturer for the education promotion project "Welcome to My Home - Understanding Diversity Families" entrusted by the Ministry of Education to Kaohsiung Association for the Promotion of Women's Rights for handling. Prosecutor Cheng Tzu-Wei has made great contributions to social education.
